So let's see what the Design Team have been making this month...

Kerri I am sharing a card I made using Digital Paper, Digital Ephemera, and an adorable Digital Image. These two cute Cows are called Love Moo. The Pattern Paper is called Printable Paper set #4 Udderly Cute. The Daisies are from the printable Ephemera. I added a piece of lace in antique white. I colored with Prisma Pencils and Image was printed onto white card stock.Pencils Used: Black, Cool Grey 90, 70, 50, 30, 10 percent, Dark Umber, Light Umber, Sandbar Brown, Ginger Root, Tuscan Red, Crimson Red, Scarlette Red, Blush Pink, Dark Green, Olive Green, Apple Green, Golden.

Judy My inspiration for this week is a winter themed card created with Theo Penguin Cable Car. These cute penguins were colored with Prismacolor pencils and fussy cut. I used papers from Theo Penguin Paper Bundle 3 for the background. The sentiment is from Theo Penguin 109 Winter Christmas/Birthday Greetings Sentiments Bundle. It was printed and die cut with a stitched circle die from my stash, which is placed on top of a snowflake die cut. I cut it with Fancy Snowflake Cutting Die. I added twine and some snowflake gems to complete.

Rosanna The cold weather has arrived in Italy too, so we're staying warm in our homes and, after a few stressful days, we're back to work. I've created a new project: the base is a raw wooden heart, which I painted blue with acrylic paints. It measures 13.5 x 15 cm and is 1 cm thick (5.5 x 5.7 inches). I used the PD7125 You're Flying High - Winnie Celebrations 3 digital stamp, which I coloured with Copic markers. I added the word “Love” (Valentine's Day is coming up), clouds and stars in shades of sky blue. To hang it, I used a thin cream-coloured string, and I used the PD8013 Flower Flourish die to make the flowers, which I glued on top, adding a small coloured pearl.

Rachael - I made this while staring out at the snow from Storm Goretti. Mmmmm hot coffee! I started off die-cutting all the bits. I used a set called Sweet Moments die bundle available here and scalloped rectangles and tags die from here using a combination of plain, coloured and patterned card stock. I made up the coffee cups, then using picked raspberry distress ink, and heart wreath stencil I added detail onto the scalloped panel. I used the sentiment from the coffee set, and stuck it to vellum, before fussing cutting around the whole thing. I layered it all together using foam pads for dimension, and added stickles for sparkle. Back to the coffee and keeping warm!

Kathie - Welcome to Digi Choosday. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year celebrations. Today, I am excited to share my latest card a Hot Chocolate easel card. For this project, I couldn’t resist using the adorable Polkadoodles DLPD 9507 "Hot Chocolate Sweet Freddy Fox with Macarons" image. The colour palette I selected brings a smile to my face, as they are bright and cheerful colours. This card is suitable for both feminine and masculine recipients. The sentiment on the card is from DL 9346, Alcea Hollyhocks (Thinking of You), just to give it that added touch. For the background and layers, I chose design papers from the DLPD8408 "Let’s Hang Out" collection. I love these colours some of my favourite. Freddy Fox started as a black and white image, I coloured him using Copic markers in shades 0, E000, E00, E08, E37, E50, E51, YG11, YG68, RV10, C01, BG000, BG13, BG49, R2, R32, G62. I also used a black gel pen to accentuate his nose and gloves. The embellishments include aqua satin ribbon, orange gems, two orange brads, and a tiny pompom on Freddy’s hat for a finishing touch. For the hot chocolate cup, I coloured it with Copics, then applied a coat of glossy accents. Once the glossy layer dried, I added white polka dots for the finishing touch.

Zel - For this project, Using my die cut machine, I cut 2 pieces of paper and stuck them together to make my tag thicker. I then went ahead and decorated the background by spraying distress oxide spray walnut stain and waited for it to dry before I sprayed another distress spray which is the forest moss. Once the paper was dry, I used a Stencil to add more volume to my tag. For my focal point, I printed Polar latte coffee Autumn Fall Fox and cut it using my brother scan and cut. I colored him using ohuhu halawa colored pencils. For the hat I colored it with Pale brown grey for his hair, I combined colors dark brown and tan. I used dark brown and bistro for the cinnamon to make them look like chocolate wafers , and dark brown ochre and dark brown for the cup. Then I cut the word "sweetheart" from Love Always printable Sentiments and stuck it in the middle of the cup to make it look like it is the label of the cup. I also print and cut the word "you are the sweetest " from the same set and stick it under my focal point. Ana - For our Hot Chocolate design team prompt, I made a simple gift pouch that’s perfect as a small giveaway, gift, or to have on hand for guests as part of a cozy hot chocolate or coffee bar. I used papers from the Lily Bug Ladybird Papers 4 collection and created the pouch with an envelope punch board. Instead of gluing it the usual way, I left the left side flap open rather than the top, making it easy to slip treats in and out. It fits hot chocolate and marshmallow packets perfectly. I finished it off with a rosette, ribbon, and the cute Teacup Lily Ladybug Ladybird digi stamp, coloured with alcohol markers. Quick, easy, and super cute to make! Wendy - The theme set for the DT this week was Hot Chocolate and it's definitely hot chocolate time here as the Winter temperatures have really kicked in - there is so much snow too on the mountains around us - definitely magical to see. I have seen loads of Hot Chocolate style cards lately and I decided I would recreate the style using digital images to show how versatile they can be. I started off by using the mug template, resizing it to create two mugs and then coloured these with green distress inks, fussy cutting out and adding a couple of die cut hearts to the mugs. For the whipped cream topping I printed out one of the cakes from the Coffee, Tea and Cake collection. I only wanted the whipped cream and cherry so used the Cherry Cream Cupcake image and then coloured with my promarkers before fussy cutting out. The sentiment is from the Gingerbread Cookie collection and I added this to the bottom of a paper from Gingerbread Holly collection before printing out, along with a piece check paper from the same collection. I decided to add a little stamped border around the edge of the paper, stamping in Versafine Clair ink using the Funky Borders stamps set, before layering with red card and adding to my card blank. The mugs were shaped with a pencil and then adhered to the card using 3D glue gel for dimension. To finish the card I added some sparkly gems and clear sparkle pen to the whipped cream and cherries. I wish you could see the sparkle as its so pretty but photos don't do it justice. Wishing you all a wonderful crafty week - love and hugs Wendy x

JulieThis bright and cheerful slider card was created especially to celebrate Nikki’s birthday — and it just had to include her favorite pinks and oranges along with a little interactive surprise! With layers of colorful, festive fun and a hidden sliding sentiment tucked inside, this card brings all the happy vibes as you pull to reveal the message. The image —Party Balloon Bunny Rabbit, is colored to match the playful palette and topped off with a few sparkly details. A joyful card with movement, color, and a smile built right in — just the way a birthday card should be! My Blog, Instagram, Facebook

So let's see what the Design Team have been making this month...

Rosanna - Hello all my creative friends! I wanted to do something different and not use cardstock as usual for the background. But I wanted to make a large tag (even though it looks small in the photo) made with a magnificent sheet of clear acrylic, a generous thickness of 0.5-0.2 mm, which is still very easy to cut. Using a stencil and a paste that looks like transparent, glittery ice, I created a large snowflake. The effect is beautiful, right? Then, with my Copics, I colored Wanda and Mabel, a beautiful digital stamp from the new Mabel release HERE. For the leaves, I used the beautiful, large, and striking Holly Spruce die, which is available at a discounted price. Code PD7369. The leaves are colored with Distress Oxide stamps. Don't miss out on this die :-) I hope you like it, and I look forward to hearing from you all for a warm hug and endless Merry Christmas!

Natalia - Hello, crafters, and welcome back to the Polkadoodles blog! Today’s project is all about creating a card with high impact - focusing on luxurious texture, rich shimmer, and a refreshing take on Christmas colours. I loved combining some of my favourite Polkadoodles essentials to bring this festive scene to life! We're exploring a beautiful, tactile background for this Christmas card! I used the versatile Leafy Stencil to create a stunning, intricate pattern on a vibrant blue base. This background is then generously highlighted with the gorgeous Gold Stencil Butter. The metallic paste settles beautifully, emphasizing the texture and creating a sophisticated, shimmering contrast with the cool blue tones. This base immediately gives the card an elegant, upscale feel.
The stunning layered flower at the centre is created using the amazing Dotty Poinsettia Die. This multi-layered die is perfect for adding incredible dimension to your floral elements. I chose to colour the petals in soft, smoky pinks and purples, giving the traditional Christmas flower a fresh, modern twist.

The resulting flower is a beautiful, eye-catching focal point that stands proud against the textured background. To complete the holiday scene, the Holly Berry Die brings in essential deep green accents, beautifully framing the central poinsettia. The pops of vibrant red from the berries and the simple "CHRISTMAS WISHES" sentiment tie the entire elegant design together. I love how combining beautiful texture with non-traditional colours can result in a truly unique holiday creation!
If you'd like to see the full creative process for making this card, you can find the video tutorial on the official Polkadoodles YouTube channel as well as on my personal channel, NataliaKuzakArt. What is your favourite Polkadoodles stencil for creating a rich, textured background? Let us know in the comments below!

Enrica - Hi crafty friends! Do you realize that Christmas is just over a month away? For my Christmas card this week I colored with Copic the cute Snow mail Theo Penguin digital stamp, together with the Colouring scene 1 Christmas printable craft card making coloring page for the background.
Hope you like this sweet snowy scene!

Rosanna - Hello creative friends! It's Saturday again, the day of this wonderful team. Today is dedicated to birthday wishes. I used a digital stamp that I really like, I find it joyful and cheerful. How much joy is there in that girl in jeans jumping for happiness? Do you like it? It's the digital stamp Jump for Joy. I used a die to make cloud-shaped edges and vellum paper with delicate white dots. I then made some white hearts that I used at the bottom, while near the girl, I left the vellum visible underneath. It was coloured with Copic markers. I hope you liked it, big hugs.

Jenn B - I really enjoyed making this card and I knew what I wanted to do with it the second I saw the Boy Gingerbread Cookiedigi! I knew I wanted to use him in coordination with a clear stamp set that I have that includes a mixing bowl and utensils. The papers are from the Christmas Paper Patterns 2 paper pack. I paper pieced the bowl, colored the gingerbread boy & utensils with Copics, fussy cut and attached with foam dimensional tape.

Ana - For this week’s Digi Choosday DT challenge, our prompt was to make a gift that holds chocolate, and I created this diagonal lid gift box — perfect for sweets and treats, a box but with a unique lid opening! I used Polkadoodles’ Icy Winter Papers Set 2 – Theo Penguin for the base and decorated it with the adorable Beary Christmas Topper Sheet. To make it extra festive and sparkly, I added a glittered poinsettia embellishment! It’s such a fun and elegant way to level up your gift giving this season! Nina - Hello! I created 2 small vintage-style tags using the wonderful girls from the digistamps Oddella Twig and Oddella Fairy. I Colored them in soft blue and brown-gray tones – calm, harmonious, yet full of expression. I added the sentiments It’s Party Time and Happy Birthday – little eye-catchers with vintage charm that add that special touch to any occasion.

KIM S - Happy Digi Choosday everyone, Christmas creating mode is in full swing. Have you finished all your Christmas crafts? My personal cards are usually the last to get done sadly. And always late. 😂
For my design team project this week I created a bag/purse/satchel to hold lots of yummy Christmas treats. I haven't used my favourite girl for awhile so I chose Winnie from the White Christmas line called Fairy Gifts. I also added a tag using one of the pre-coloured Winnie White Christmas images called Snowballs and Snowmen which comes in handy for quick little projects if you don't want to colour. I added a piece of decorative paper to the front of my bag to add a bit of interest and break up all the red from the Jolly Santa line from paper pack download 1.I added some extra little details like white faux stitching along the trims on the bag using my white gel pen. And finally some die cut greenery and red and pink mulberry flowers to finish my project off. Lastly some gold glimmer mist to make everything sparkle.

Thanks so much to the team for their GORGEOUS inspiration this week!

So let's see what the Design Team have been making this month...

Enrica - Hi everyone! For my Thank you project this week I made an autumn square card using the cute Pickles Hedgehog toadstooldigital stamp, colored with Ohuhu markers. The patterned paper and the quote are from the Autumn Fall Freddy Fox digital stamps bundle, hope you like this sweet scene! Cratfy hugs, Enrica

Rosanna
 - Hello creative friends! For my project this Saturday, I wanted to make two tags. I don't make them often, even though they are quick, useful and fun. I imagined these on top of a birthday gift package. I used an adorable digital stamp, Scruff the dog Cupcake, who is an adorable big dog.
Two tags, therefore two dogs coloured differently, again with Copic markers. For the lighter one, I used the codes E34 - E31- E51 and for the darker dog, I used E44 E43 E34 E 30. The rest of the colours are up to your imagination, but I hope I have been helpful in quickly deciding on the right colours. For the tags, I used a sheet of corrugated Kraft card and a tree die cut on the back (we all have at least one, right?). The sentiment “Hugs and Kisses” is made with a die cut and coloured card.
I hope you like it. Lots of big hugs x

Nina - This year, I created a very special Christmas card — for a truly magical first Christmas.
I fell in love with the adorable little bear from the digital stamp set - Gift box parcel Bella Christmas bear. He’s peeking out of the gift box with the lid playfully resting on his head — just too cute to resist!
I colored everything in soft shades of pink and warm grey-brown, paired with a rosy polka-dot paper — gentle, sweet, and perfectly festive. The Happy Christmas sentiment adds a lovely touch of sparkle and the delicate white bow border ties it all together — matching the little ribbon on the present.

Ana - Hi everyone! For this week’s Digi Choosday project, I made a decorative box frame inspired by children’s alphabet blocks. It features the adorable Bauble Hat Bella Christmas Bear and is designed to hold baby’s Christmas photos on each side. It can be displayed as a keepsake, used as a tree ornament, or even gifted—since the top opens like a small gift box! I used Polkadoodles’ Bauble Hat Bella Christmas Bear digi stamp and Christmas Paper Patterns 2 to decorate all sides. I colored Bella with alcohol markers and added sparkle with glitter pens and Aleene’s Glitter Snow plus a sprinkle of glitters! Want to make one too? Visit my blog for full step-by-step instructions!

Maria - The most wonderful time of the year…Isn’t Advent the most magical time? Everything feels so cozy and full of joy as we start decorating and spreading happiness with little handmade treasures. I can't wait for December to truly begin. To fit the season, I created a small goody for someone special. For me, candles are an essential part of this time of year — they bring such warmth and charm. And of course, I love to wrap them beautifully! Using the gorgeous Vintage Poinsettia stencil set and the matching dies, I designed an eye-catching candle wrap that makes a lovely statement. First, I created the beautifully layered flower using all eight stencil layers — such a stunning design! After that, I die-cut the flower to give it a clean finish. The real eye-catcher, in my opinion, is the white sentiment on the white background. I also die-cut both elements to tie the whole look together. A few playful polka dots add the perfect finishing touch — and just like that, you have a sweet little gift ready to bring joy.
Here's my INSTAGRAMFACEBOOK & YOUTUBE - I'd love to follow you back!

Jenn B - Hey friends! I don't know about you, but I can always use a thank you card in my stash! I created this one with the absolutely adorable Gil Bunny Rabbit Growing Sunflowers digi, colored with Copics and fussy cut. Papers are from 2 separate paper packs - Winnie Celebrations and Winnie Daisy Fairy. I added some netting behind the image and a paper flower. I die cut the sentiment with a deckled edge rectangle die.

Thanks so much to the team for their GORGEOUS inspiration this week!
